Boxing Fitness Studios of America offers individual boxing fitness training sessions and programs for Men, Women, and Children.

Introductory Program

To achieve better results from your Boxing Fitness Program it is important to train at least 2 to 3 days a week, for at least 3 months.

Be a Contender and invest in yourself....make a commitment to train with us for at least a minimum of 2 days a week for over a 90 day period and receive FREE Boxing Gloves!

Participation in a boxing fitness training session or program requires a pre-payment with check, cash , Visa or Mastercard.

Training sessions are scheduled according to availability during the following
time intervals:

Mondays - Thursdays 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday & Saturday 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sundays CLOSED

   * New Trainees are required to attend an hour-long orientation to prepare you for training.

Your personalized training session will consist of these phases:

Phase 1 - Energizing Warm up

    You will rejuvenate yourself by starting your boxing fitness session with 3 to 4 rounds of light calisthenics or jump roping, followed by light stretching.


Phase 2 - Boxing Technique Development

Next you will learn and improve on the basics of Boxing:

  • Correct Stances

  • Footwork & Balance

  • Punching Drills

  • Combinations

    You will work on your boxing skills through a series of rounds that last 3 minutes each. Between each round you will have 30 to 45 seconds active rest.

    Have fun and challange yourself as you train using focus mitts, speedbags, heavy bags, shadow boxing and more! You will also have the opportunity to train in a professional boxing ring!


Phase 3 - Power Calisthenics

At this phase you will work on:

  • Endurance conditioning with the "Power Parachute"

  • Road work

  • Sprints-walking or running

  • Upper Body Strengthening

  • Abdominal and Core Conditioning

Phase 4 - Cool Down

During this important phase you will relax and stretch for about 10 minutes. After a boxing fitness training workout you deserve it!

As your fitness and boxing skill levels improve, your workouts will intensify and become more challenging....and we will always have FUN!
